And at least once a month, you promise a customer something you can't actually make, because you ran out of a material you didn't know was low.

The tools out there don't help. Most are built for warehouses. Complex, expensive, and full of features a small business will never use. No one running a craft side hustle from a spare room needs purchase orders, supplier management, or barcode scanning. They just need to know what they've got, what they can make, and what to reorder.
