Terms of Service

The basics

BatchBrew is a stock tracking tool for small-batch makers. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because we think that's how terms should be.

Your account

• You need a valid email address to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One person or business per account. Don't share login credentials with others.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use BatchBrew.

Free and paid plans

BatchBrew offers a free plan with limits (5 products, 15 materials) and a paid Maker plan with unlimited access.

• The free plan is free forever. We won't remove it or force you to upgrade.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
• When you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.
• We don't delete your data when you downgrade. Your materials and recipes stay — you just can't add new ones beyond the free limits until you upgrade again.

Your data

• Your data is yours. The materials, recipes, production logs, and stock information you enter into BatchBrew belong to you.
• We don't claim any ownership over your data.
• You can export your production history as CSV at any time.
• You can permanently delete your account and all data from the Settings page at any time. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately.

Acceptable use

Use BatchBrew for its intended purpose — tracking materials and production for your making business. Don't:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Create multiple free accounts to bypass plan limits

Availability and reliability

We do our best to keep BatchBrew running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Occasionally things break, need maintenance, or go offline briefly. We'll do our best to communicate any planned downtime in advance.

BatchBrew is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep your data safe and the service reliable, we can't be held liable for losses resulting from service interruptions or data inaccuracies. Please don't rely on BatchBrew as your sole record for critical business decisions — it's a tool to help, not a replacement for your own checks.

Refunds

If you're unhappy with a paid plan, email support@batchbrew.app within 14 days of your initial subscription start date and we'll refund you in full, usually within 5 working days. After that, you can cancel anytime from your account settings, but refunds aren't provided for partial months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email. Your continued use of BatchBrew after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
